Return & Exchange Policy 

 1. RETURNS

Our products cannot be returned except if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, in that case you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 business days of receiving the order:

• Step 1: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference via email at tp@hercollection.co.in or whatsapp  at +91-8119869691 WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order.

• Step 2: If your request is accepted, return shipping will be FREE OF COST but you will be required to arrange your own shipping WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS of return request acceptance.

• Step 3: We will initiate the refund only if the products are received by us in their original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Her Collection will refund the value of the goods returned and the amount of shipping paid.

 2. EXCHANGES

At Her Collection we have 4 business days exchange policy, if the item needs to be exchanged for reason of SIZE ISSUES, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. You can follow a few simple steps to initiate your exchange within 2 business days of receiving the order:

• Step 1: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to exchange, your order details and the size you wanted via email at tp@hercollection.co.in or whatsapp  at +91-8119869691 WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order.

• Step 2: If your request is accepted, exchange shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange your own shipping WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS of exchange request acceptance.

• Step 3: We will initiate the exchange only if the products are received by us in their original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Note: If it is a case of exchange, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
