1. DELIVERY RANGE?

- Within India.

2. HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

- We will ship domestic & local orders via India Postal Service – Speed Post, excluding some parts of Mizoram (Lunglei, Lawngtlai, Siaha), which will be shipped via local courier.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY COST

- Calculated on a “per order” basis.

• For Domestic Delivery: Please refer the slab below for our shipping tariff -

• For Local Delivery: Free for most localities within AMC area (for order value of Rs.701 & above), excluding Muanna veng, Selesih, Durtlang, Zuangtui, Zemabawk, Falkland, Thuampui, Chite, Tanhril, Sakawrtuichhun, Rangvamual, Phunchawng, Tuivamit, Maubawk, Lawipu, Saikhamakawn, Hlimen, Melthum.

4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

- Within 1-3 business days after acceptance of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update with the details of the tracking number. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• For Domestic Delivery:Delivery time depends on your location. India Post (Speed post) site quotes, but does not guarantee, 1-5 business days for domestic delivery. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery

• For Local Delivery: Orders within AMC area will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
